Mariner’s Cove – Our 425 unit
community less than half of a mile from Lake Okeechobee
in the beautiful city of Okeechobee, Florida. This

homes on one-quarter acre home sites. Residents
will choose from 8 unique and spacious floor plans
ranging from the low to high $200,000’s. For

will also be offered.
Viking Estates lots - 45 acres
of high and dry land in approximately 1.25 acre
lots were acquired in the up and coming area of
Okeechobee County known as the Viking Estates.
Statistics, research and trends in the area created
confidence that these lots, offered at approximately
$32,500 per 1.25 acres would sell quickly. Currently,
there is no longer availability of these lots
in Florida Land and Home inventory; however, our
inventory is perpetually changing.
Paradise Preserve – 12.5
of natural high and dry land located in the Viking
Estates area of Okeechobee County, Florida are
being developed and manicured into ten 1.25 acre
home sites with a common lake in the center of

of the community within 2 months of completion
of the first 3 models due to the local demand,

shortage.
