He is particularly appropriate for someone like me who is very busy and wants clear timely communication, excellent record keeping, a high attention to detail, quality and esthetics. You can travel without being concerned that you are going to get a surprise. He is fully computer literate and switched over to the apple systems as a result of working with me. We have not yet run into an issue that has not been satisfactorily resolved and when remodeling you do run into unexpected obstacles. He has been excellent at keeping the peace with neighbors who are being inconvenienced by our noise, dust, and multiple trucks on site. But perhaps the most outstanding qualifications is his creativity when it comes to the overall plan and down to the minutest details.
